Our relationships, specialized networks, and understanding of each family's priorities allow us to deliver thoughtful, highly tailored solutions.

Work You'll Do:

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Family Office team in a highly client-facing, hands-on role focused on building trusted relationships, solving problems, and executing each family's most important priorities. Working directly with clients, family members, and their trusted advisors, you will become an integral part of their day-to-day financial lives and manage a broad range of financial, operational, and personal matters, including cash movements, investment transactions, estate planning initiatives, philanthropy, and bespoke family office needs. The ideal candidate combines financial sophistication, emotional intelligence, practical judgment, intellectual curiosity, exceptional attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex transactions, collaborate with attorneys, accountants, senior advisors, and specialists, and personally resolve urgent requests. Success in this role means deeply understanding and anticipating each family's evolving needs, delivering thoughtful solutions and exceptional service, earning clients' trust, and becoming someone they and their families genuinely rely upon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, family members, and trusted advisors, building strong relationships and delivering responsive, highly personalized support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each family's financial circumstances, values, and priorities to anticipate needs and coordinate thoughtful solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day financial activities, including cash movements, banking needs, investment transactions, capital calls, distributions, and account administration.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, custodians, and other advisors on estate planning, tax, trust, philanthropic, and multi-generational wealth initiatives.
  • Oversee complex financial, operational, and personal requests from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy, discretion, and timely follow-through.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and specialists across the firm to identify issues, evaluate options, and deliver practical, well-coordinated solutions.
  • Maintain organized records, monitor open items and deadlines, and proactively communicate updates, risks, and next steps.
  • Contribute to the continued development of Family Office processes, service standards, and client experiences.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 6-10+ years of relevant experience in family office services, private wealth management, registered investment advisory firms, private banking, or a similarly client-focused financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families.
  • A strong service orientation and enthusiasm for developing meaningful, long-term client relationships.
  • Experience managing complex financial and operational matters with a high degree of accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with investment accounts, custodial platforms, banking, cash management, and client transaction processes.
  • Exposure to trust and estate planning, tax coordination, philanthropy, and multi-generational wealth planning is beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Total Rewards:
  • Estimated Salary Range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000, DOE
