RBC Capital Markets, LLC is seeking a VP, Execution Management -- Liquidity in New York. You will oversee liquidity management for the Equity Electronic Trading stack, coordinating with technology and quant teams to optimize access and prioritize work across systems and partners.
The role requires 3-5 years in US equities, Series 7/63, and strong data analysis, SQL/KDB, and liquidity modeling skills, with a focus on communication across stakeholders and teams.
VP, Execution Management -- Liquidity
Liquidity Management of RBC's Equity Electronic Trading stack. This includes:
Coordinating changes with tech & quant teams to optimize liquidity access across RBC SOR and Algorithms
Prioritizing SOR book of work & manage resources based on business opportunities and obligations
Evaluation & analysis of internal & external liquidity sources that we currently access
Liaise with external exchanges, execution networks, and liquidity providers on changes and improvements
Publicizing & communicating liquidity changes/priorities across internal stakeholders
At least 3-5 years experience in the US equities market
Series 7 and 63 licenses
Experience with data structures & query languages -- analysis and query languages like KDB and SQL
Experience with order routing technologies or algorithms
Experience with programming languages and technology at a high level. Coding not necessary but ability to understand how the technology works & ability to debug order logs
Powerpoint/Excel fluency
AI fluency - able to harness/integrate RBC models into daily tasks/analysis where optimal
Ability to communicate and present insights from complex data
Ability to collaborate and manage priorities across teams and stakeholders
The expected salary range for this particular position is $225,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
