Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (HVP) seeks a Vice President, Evergreen Valuation to lead the technology, data, analytics, and control environment for Evergreen valuation. You will establish scalable infrastructure, govern data and automate workflows to support daily, monthly, and quarterly valuation activities.

You will partner with Fund Accounting, Investment Management, Product Development, IT, and risk teams, applying AI to strengthen controls and enable transparent valuation decisions for committees

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, CS, data analytics, engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in private markets, investment management, valuation or related fields.
• Strong data governance, automated workflows, and control frameworks experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap and performance of Evergreen valuation tech, data and controls.
• Build scalable, governed data environment with automated workflows.
• Partner with valuation, accounting, product, tech, risk and external partners.
