Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President in New York to lead equity derivative structuring and capital markets transactions within the Single Stock Structuring group of PWM. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial markets.
SIE, Series 7 and 63 required (must be obtained within three months of employment).
Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute sophisticated equity derivative and capital market transactions.
Serve as the primary coordinator between Private Wealth Advisors, Cash Trading, Equity Derivatives, and control partners to mitigate risk and optimize deal structures.
Develop client-facing advisory materials and educate UHNW clients on structuring solutions.
Synthesize market data into actionable intelligence for internal leadership and clients.
Oversee revenue tracking, pipeline management, and trade lifecycle governance.
