Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial markets.
• Experience with SEC rules and filings required.
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 must be obtained within three months.

Responsibilities

• Structure and draft 10b5-1 plans for clients.
• Educate clients on 10b5-1 plans and SEC rules.
• Conduct due diligence on client restrictions.
