Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience within Equity Capital Markets, Capital Markets or a related area
• At least 2 years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associates
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles and the key steps required to execute equity capital markets transactions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, high level of motivation and excellent attention to detail
• Personal integrity, initiative and demonstrated leadership qualities
• Ability to establish relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and serve as a key point of contact
• Strong academic and professional track record
• Maturity and judgment to work effectively with professionals at all levels across the firm and with external clients
• Ability to make timely, well-reasoned decisions in complex situations

Responsabilités

• Originate and lead equity capital markets transactions for corporate, financial sponsor and venture capital clients
• Develop content for client meetings focused on strategic priorities and potential M&A or capital markets transactions
• Coordinate with junior and senior team members across product and industry groups, as well as client management teams, investors and legal advisors, to execute transactions and evaluate strategic alternatives
• Review the analytical work of junior team members and provide mentorship, direction and oversight to analysts and associates
• Develop creative investor-targeting strategies by analyzing comparable companies, institutional ownership and potential institutional buyers
• Play a vital role throughout the transaction lifecycle, including project management for mission-critical equity financings
