Principal Mineral is seeking a transformative technology executive to modernize the global ERP, data platforms, and digital capabilities supporting growth across manufacturing, engineering, and operations.

The Vice President, Digital & Information Technology will partner with leaders to drive strategic outcomes, deliver measurable business results, and build a high-performing, data-driven technology organization capable of scaling with the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the global technology organization into a data-driven partner for the business.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, commercial, finance and operations leaders to define tech, data and digital capabilities.
• Build enterprise data platforms, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics to accelerate growth.
• Modernize ERP and cloud infrastructure while reducing manual processes.
• Develop governance and operating disciplines to enable speed and execution.
