Hagerty is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to lead governance, budgeting, and delivery for the APEX program. The role requires executive collaboration with finance, IT, and business owners to drive accountability and outcomes across Hagerty’s technology investments.

The VP will establish a Center of Excellence for Program and Project Management, partnering with Accenture to set standards, frameworks, and practices that scale enterprise delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own program governance and reporting cadence for the APEX initiative and Hagerty's EPMO.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and contract oversight across the program.
• Establish the Center of Excellence for Program and Project Management with Accenture collaboration.
• Drive risk/issue management and change control to ensure on-time delivery.
