Job summary

Hagerty is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to govern the APEX program and establish a Center of Excellence for program management. You will own financial reporting, vendor oversight, risk management, and executive reporting, partnering with Accenture and Hagerty leadership.

This role drives the EPMO's growth, ensuring delivery discipline, budget integrity, and enterprise-wide standards across insurance technology programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or transformation management.
• Experience leading governance on large-scale, multi-workstream technology implementations.
• Experience building or standing up a PMO or Center of Excellence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across a complex executive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own all program financial reporting and cost tracking against approved budget; maintain forecast and variance reporting cadence.
• Oversee Accenture EPMO engagement, contract change management, and transition of EPMO capability to Hagerty.
• Lead and govern risk, issues, dependencies, and RAID log; escalate to governance tiers as needed.
• Organize and facilitate SteerCo sessions; provide dashboards and concise program health updates to executives.
