OneMain Financial is seeking a seasoned Product leader to shape and deliver the future of an enterprise Document Management Platform. You will own the product vision, strategy, and end‑to‑end experience, writing user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and driving delivery across multiple teams including Engineering.

You’ll lead a team to build scalable, reusable capabilities, influence stakeholders with competing priorities, and explore AI, automation, and intelligent document processing to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or related experience, with ownership of complex products from strategy through execution.
• Experience building roadmaps, writing requirements and user stories, managing and prioritizing backlogs, supporting testing, and driving delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product vision, strategy, roadmap, and end‑to‑end experience for an enterprise shared platform.
• Write user stories, prioritize the backlog, participate in testing, and drive delivery from discovery through delivery.
