Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related field required or expected by start date.
• Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience also acceptable.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the core platform balancing near-term operational excellence with long-term modernization priorities.
• Lead multiple engineering teams to design and deliver platform features that serve a diverse base of enterprise stakeholders.
• Drive our self-service strategy to enable intent owners to independently configure, onboard, and manage their use cases without platform team dependency.
• Define and manage how use cases interact with the platform by setting clear standards for onboarding, API contracts, and incident management.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform API performance, usability, and operational efficiency at enterprise scale.
• Ensure the platform meets enterprise data governance, compliance, and architectural standards as requirements evolve.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the LOBs and platform teams that depend on our infrastructure.]
