Job summary

Major League Soccer seeks a high-impact executive to lead the enterprise partnership with adidas, driving brand, product, and revenue initiatives across MLS divisions, clubs, and development pathways.

The VP, Enterprise Partnership will align strategy with marketing, consumer products, and events while managing executive relationships and measuring annual partnership success against set goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in strategy and general management, partnership marketing, consumer products and/or project management.
• Ability to present to senior management teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with adidas and MLS partners.
• Define structure and evolve operating best practices for partnerships.
• Engage executive leadership to deliver on goals and manage budget.
• Oversee adidas agreement components: product development, rights, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and digital teams to drive fan engagement and retail growth.
• Prepare executive updates, recaps, and strategic planning documents.
