Job summary

Major League Soccer seeks a dynamic Vice President, Enterprise Partnership to lead the adidas partnership across the enterprise. You will partner with multiple functions to drive brand and revenue goals, delivering strategic priorities and joint growth initiatives.

You will manage relationships at League and Club levels, oversee adidas contract execution, rights delivery, and program activations while aligning with BI metrics to measure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy and general management, partnership marketing, consumer products or project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with adidas and MLS partnership.
• Define operating structures and best practices to support adidas and MLS strategies.
• Engage enterprise-level leadership to deliver partnership goals.
• Oversee all adidas agreement components across product development, rights, and benefits.
• Coordinate activation, marketing programs, and events with relevant teams.
• Measure partnership success with BI teams and stakeholders.
