Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Ten years of progressive finance experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Formal people leadership with direct reports management.
• Expert FP&A, financial modeling, and core finance practices.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting systems and financial reporting tools.

• Oversee consolidated forecasting across health plan and care group.
• Establish FP&A calendar, governance, and processes.
• Standardize forecasting methodologies and assumptions.
• Align forecasting with accounting and operational finance.
• Lead financial integration plan of two large health systems.

• Present results to CFO and leadership; develop executive presentations.
