Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading data engineering or software development teams.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise data platforms.
• Build AI foundations enabling NLP queries and RAG capabilities across data.
• Govern the technical architecture for scalability, security, and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into technology solutions.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers and architects.
• Drive data governance and AI readiness with technology councils.
• Own the enterprise application roadmap for PGIM Real Estate.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost optimization.
