Job summary

PGIM seeks a Data Management & Analytics Manager to join our Global Business Enablement team within Real Estate. The role focuses on data initiatives, governance, and AI-enabled analytics to power enterprise decision-making on a global real estate platform.

The position is hybrid, on-site three days weekly, in Newark, NJ or New York, NY, with a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data management, data delivery, and business analysis.
• Strong SQL, data governance tooling, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience delivering data products or reusable datasets for self-service analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate or Asset Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical deliverables.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain analytical datasets from multiple sources.
• Design and deliver data and analytics solutions using modern tools and AI capabilities.
• Lead data governance practices, data quality checks, and documentation.
• Support the broader team and adapt to evolving priorities.
