Varsity Brands seeks a transformational VP of Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering to drive modernization across Cloud, Platform, and Enterprise Infrastructure Operations. You will lead migration to AWS, establish automation-first practices, and partner with product, security, and IT to deliver reliable, scalable platforms.

The role demands executive leadership, strong engineering acumen, and a track record of delivering enterprise-wide outcomes in a complex, multi-year transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure leadership
• Experience leading AWS platforms and migrations to AWS
• Experience operating hybrid cloud environments
• Led Infra and Platform Engineering organizations of 30+ engineers
• Ability to build automation-first engineering culture
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, Security and IT Operations

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise infrastructure strategy
• Lead cloud transformation from on-prem to AWS
• Own AWS services and platform engineering (landing zones, IAM, networking)
• Build infrastructure-as-code culture (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Develop reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient platforms
• Partner with security, data, and product teams to ensure reliability
• Lead organizational change and cross-functional collaboration
• Set governance, metrics, and operating rhythms for enterprise platforms
