Job summary

You will partner with business lines, manage design delivery, foster innovation, and guide organizational change while coaching the EA team and ensuring security and infrastructure alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years direct experience; plus at least 1 year in supervisory/lead/mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop joint roadmaps aligning IT with enterprise architecture and stakeholder needs.
• Project design delivery: Drive scalable design delivery using proven architectural patterns.
• Innovation: Promote technology innovation and staff training; support modernization.
• Organizational alignment: Build relationships with SECU lines and drive change management.
• Relationship management: Manage vendor relationships and enforce SECU architectural standards.
• Management/Coaching: Provide people management and mentorship to the Enterprise Architecture team.
