Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union, based in North Carolina, is seeking a senior enterprise architect to lead architecture strategy, standards and data governance. You will craft the strategic technology roadmap and drive transformation across operations, IT and vendor partners.

Responsibilities include developing joint roadmaps with business lines, delivering scalable design patterns, promoting innovation, and aligning IT with SECU initiatives while coaching the architecture team and managing vendor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 7 direct years of experience, plus 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or higher; 2+ years managing a team of 5+ developers.

Responsibilities

Strategy – Develop joint strategic roadmaps aligning with enterprise architecture.
Project Design Delivery – Drive scalable design delivery aligned with organizational priority.
Innovation – Promote a culture embracing technology innovation and modernization.
Organizational Alignment – Align IT with SECU business initiatives and manage organizational change.
Relationship Management – Build strong vendor relationships and enforce SECU architectural standards.
Management/ Coaching – Provide direct people management, coaching, and mentorship to the EA team.
