Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a transformational technology leader to guide enterprise business applications and technology. You will shape AI strategy, oversee global teams, and align IS initiatives with healthcare objectives.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a broad portfolio including finance, HR, supply chain, real estate, and compliance. A strong background in ERP deployments and cloud architecture is essential.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of IS leadership experience, preferably within a global delivery model.
• More than 10 years of leadership in business system enablement and ERP deployment across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Workforce Management.
• Experience with large-scale ERP deployments (Oracle EBS/Cloud) including design, implementation, or upgrade; 5+ years in an ERP leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy and modernization roadmaps.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and vendor performance for applications and services.
• Lead, mentor and develop senior staff; ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Partner with business leaders to implement enterprise applications that deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure security, compliance and risk management across IS operations.
