Providence is seeking a transformational technology leader to drive AI strategy, modernize enterprise applications, and guide global teams acrossFinance, HR, Supply Chain, Real Estate, and more. You will align technology with business objectives, oversee complex program governance, and deliver measurable value while fostering innovation and cyber risk management.

As VP EBAT, you will lead strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, and workforce development to advance Providence's digital

Qualifications

More than 10 years of IS leadership experience (global delivery preferred).
More than 10 years in business system enablement and ERP deployment acrossFinance, Supply Chain, HCM, or Workforce Management.
More than 10 years ERP deployment experience (Oracle EBS/Cloud) including leadership role.
Knowledge of financial principles and practices; strong SDLC/DevOps experience.
Advanced knowledge of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS architectures; data and reporting tools.
Healthcare knowledge/experience preferred; RFIs/RFPs experience.
Experience with ERP assessments including vendor/software selection; department budget management.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise application digital transformation strategy and roadmaps.
Lead long-term AI, ML and RPA technology strategies.
Oversee pre- and post-M&A integration and technical conversion for new affiliations.
Create and execute enterprise application integration strategy for EBAT operations.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets and SLAs.
Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable and compliant.
Lead and develop a high-performing EBAT team across functions.
Plan monthly/quarterly releases and guide service delivery improvements.
