Job summary

Point C Health seeks a VP, Insights and Analytics to lead a comprehensive analytics ecosystem from data quality to enterprise platforms. You will drive governance, strategy, and scalable processes for trusted insights across brokers, employers, and internal leaders.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Case Management to deliver actionable analytics and support forecasting, growth, and decision‑making at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or payer environments.
• 7+ years in IT leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record scaling enterprise analytics in multi-system environments.
• Experience owning end-to-end analytics platforms, governance and outcomes.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and SAFe‑like principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve analytics strategy, governance, and delivery standards.
• Serve as the accountable executive for analytics outcomes across the organization.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to growth.
• Develop strategy for employer and broker reporting and analytics.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Case Management and Business Development to deliver analytics insights and revenue-impacting data.
