Jefferson Health seeks a strategic insights executive responsible for the development and management of enterprise advanced strategic insights and predictive modeling. The role partners with senior leaders to define the strategic roadmap, prioritizes high-ROI use cases, and translates complex outputs into executive decisions with clear value, risks, and implications.

The position drives growth, quality and safety by directing strategic products and mentoring staff, while aligning stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7 years experience with 4 in leadership/management.
• Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
• Translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that inform and influence senior leadership decisions.
• Ability to build strong partnerships, align stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Capability to lead initiatives from strategy development through implementation, managing change and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and direct strategic products that significantly drive growth, efficiency, quality and safety across the organization.
• Provide guidance and insights to the senior leadership team to assist with achieving health system milestones.
• Work with regional leaders, IST, service line and medical group leadership to ensure insights being provided meet their needs and provides a tangible impact.
• Mentors and develops staff through interactions, co-working, knowledge sharing, and providing leadership and professional support to advance careers.
