You will mentor a high-performing team, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to enhance member satisfaction and overall operations. Previous health insurance enrollment and billing expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Experience managing staff, hiring, training and performance.
• Extensive experience in health insurance enrollment and billing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment and billing operations across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Oversee daily operations and monitor KPIs for enrollment, billing, and revenue.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team and foster continuous improvement.
