Job summary

Trellis Group is seeking a Vice President for their Energy Infrastructure Credit (EIC) group in New York. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and modeling skills and have significant experience in investment roles.

The responsibilities include leading investment transactions, conducting due diligence, and presenting to the EIC Investment Committee. Candidates should have at least 5 years of investment banking or private equity experience, preferably with knowledge in energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred.
• Experience in energy, power, infrastructure or sustainable energy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review economic and industry research to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence and valuation analysis for investment opportunities.
• Draft investment memorandums and prepare internal documentation.
