Trellis Group is seeking a Vice President for their Energy Infrastructure Credit (EIC) group in New York. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and modeling skills and have significant experience in investment roles.
The responsibilities include leading investment transactions, conducting due diligence, and presenting to the EIC Investment Committee. Candidates should have at least 5 years of investment banking or private equity experience, preferably with knowledge in energy sectors.
The Vice President candidate in the Energy Infrastructure Credit (EIC) group is expected to have strong financial and modeling skills and experience working in an investment role at an alternative asset manager or as a VP in an investment banking role. The candidate is expected to have previous exposure and interest in energy and power (traditional or sustainable energy) and understand key industry and investment trends and related credit implications. The candidate should have significant investment/deal experience and be knowledgeable with helping lead transactions and conducting due diligence. The position will also require strong interpersonal and communication skills and will involve presenting to the EIC Investment Committee.

$175,000/yr - $225,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
