Job summary

Deutsche Bank's Infrastructure and Energy Americas team is seeking a Vice President to lead credit structuring for complex transactions, including mezzanine debt, subordinated capital, bridges, and special situations. This front office, client-facing role involves originating, structuring, executing, and risk-managing trades.

Based in New York with a hybrid model, you will work with traders, originators, syndicators, and external counsel, building relationships across risk and control functions

Qualifications

• Extensive legal experience in a recognized law firm or other legal practice forum.
• Experience focused on infrastructure financing, including project finance and corporate financings in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Superior legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal structuring, diligence, and execution as well as ongoing deal monitoring.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Engage with external counsel and clients and coordinate with internal risk and control functions.
• Origination, diligence, and execution work streams across deals.
