Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in investment banking or direct investments.
• Strong transactional experience in private markets.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to assess complex situations.
• Proactive self-starter who can handle pressure and manage projects.
• Able to coach and engage with senior investment decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Support new investment products and align LP capital with Energy investment themes.
• Lead research of new sectors and screen opportunities for future strategies.
• Structure and negotiate equity capital solutions for funds and co-investments.
• Collaborate with the wider team to design funding strategy for large transactions and identify institutional partners.
• Oversee preparation of investment memoranda, financial models, and due diligence materials.
• Present Brookfield Energy investment strategy to prospective LPs and educate the market.
