Job summary

Brookfield Energy seeks a VP - Capital Partnerships to advance Brookfield’s leadership in the energy transition. The role focuses on structuring equity capital solutions, creating investment vehicles, and raising third‑party equity across the platform.

You will work with investment, sustainability and asset management teams to design capital programs, collaborate with institutional investors, and oversee due diligence, negotiations and governance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, direct investments, or co-investment structuring.
• Strong transactional experience in private markets.
• Undergraduate degree in business or finance.

Responsibilities

• Support new investment products within Renewable Power and Transition franchise.
• Lead design of capital solutions and equity structures for funds and co-investments.
• Oversee development of investment memoranda, financial models and due diligence materials.
• Lead investor outreach, partner with Brookfield’s Global Client Group, and identify potential partners.
• Collaborate with legal, tax and finance on terms, governance and structures.
