Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a TikTok Growth and Social Ecommerce Manager to lead strategy, revenue growth, and channel expansion for TikTok Shop and social commerce across the brand portfolio.

You will own end-to-end operations, content strategy, affiliate management, and paid/organic integration to scale social storefronts into high-margin channels. Collaboration with marketing, creative, legal, and supply chain will be essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in social ecommerce management, marketplace operations, or digital growth marketing.
• Proficiency with TikTok Shop Seller Center and analytics dashboards.
• Strong analytics, inventory forecasting, and margin management in retail apparel or consumer goods.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on live campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching social commerce growth strategy across TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Manage full commercial operations for TikTok Shop including catalog taxonomy, pricing, inventory, promotions, and order flow.
• Build and manage the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program: recruit creators, negotiate commissions, drive influencer content.
• Oversee social commerce advertising budgets; partner with performance marketing teams on spark ads and targeted campaigns.
• Establish weekly/monthly reporting on GMV, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics for leadership.
• Lead and mentor team members, coordinating with brand marketing, creative, legal, and supply chain.
