You will drive client materials, financial modeling, and due diligence, while advising on industry trends, capital structure, and growth strategies across global clients. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

• Strong interest in investment banking with solid quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting, valuation, finance, and business strategy.
• Responsibilities include management and execution of live transactions, assisting with new business development, and fostering client relationships, with a focus on managing analysts and associates.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day execution of complex M&A and capital advisory transactions, including sellside and buyside mandates.
• Drive preparation of client materials, financial models, and management presentations.
• Oversee due diligence and coordinate with clients, law firms, and data room providers.
• Engage in strategic dialogue with senior management and boards on industry trends and capital structure.
• Support development of new business opportunities and client coverage.
• Perform in-depth company and industry research to support live deals and pitches.
• Manage and mentor associates and analysts, ensuring high-quality execution.
