Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and capital advisory transactions (sell-side, buy-side, divestitures, IPOs, etc.).
• Mentor and manage Associates and Analysts to ensure high-quality execution.
• Prepare client presentation materials and information memoranda for pitches and engagements.
• Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with law firms, data room providers and counterparties.
• Engage with senior management and boards to discuss industry trends, capital structure and strategy.
• Support development of new business opportunities through client coverage and strategic outreach.
