Petra Funds Group seeks a VP or Director to lead the Strategic Partnership Platform, managing high-touch client relationships from proposal through execution and ongoing support.

You will oversee migrations and talent transitions, ensuring retention and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role requires senior-client-facing experience in private equity, fund administration, and related services.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in private equity, fund administration, or related client-management roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Positive leadership style and experience with client relationship management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary relationship contact for clients from proposal through execution and ongoing services.
• Partner with the Strategic Partnership Team on Lift-out and Co-sourcing engagements.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing per engagement letters.
• Lead discovery discussions and shape migration plans with senior client leadership.
• Collaborate with Petra People team on talent onboarding and transitions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with CFOs, GCs, COOs and senior leaders.
