Persivia is seeking an elite engineering leader who thrives in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment. This role is for someone who builds exceptional teams, delivers flawlessly, raises the bar every quarter, and refuses mediocrity. You will own engineering execution across one of the most critical AI-powered healthcare platforms in the country powering care management, population health, real-time analytics, and Persivia's VisionAI Hub and agentic AI system. The VP/Director of Engineering must be a force multiplier: someone who can scale teams, eliminate blockers, modernize architectures, and push the organization toward operational excellence with urgency and discipline. This is not a maintenance role. This is build, scale, transform, deliver; every week, every quarter.
