JB RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a VP/Director of Data Center Construction to drive the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States. • Significant experience delivering data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of large-scale capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Experience managing general contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
• Proven budget, schedule and commercial responsibility.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, commercial judgement and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or campus-scale data center developments is highly desirable.

The Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced VP / Director of Data Center Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across the US Worth market.

This senior leadership position will take responsibility for the successful execution of complex, high-value developments from preconstruction through commissioning and final handover.
