Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior underwriting professional to lead ABL transactions in the United States. The role requires mentoring junior staff and deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess transaction risk.

You will collaborate with originations, portfolio management, legal and risk partners, negotiate basic documents, and uphold Truist's risk policies while embodying the company's culture and values. The position offers VP/Director level compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Underwrite and close ABL transactions; begin to exhibit independent structuring thoughts.

Demonstrate thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis; identify, quantify, and prioritize transaction risk.
Negotiate basic legal documents.
Comply with risk policies and procedures.
Collaborate with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners to facilitate execution.
