Job summary

Citi in Irving, TX is seeking a senior leader to head Digital Self-Servicing Conversational AI across Cards and Retail Servicing. You will own the roadmap, delivery, and production stability of channels including conversational AI, messaging, live chat, search, and mobile/web experiences.

This SVP role requires building and guiding engineering teams, partnering with product owners, managing budgets, and setting standards across iOS, Android, and web platforms while navigating a regulated

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology with leadership of other leaders.
• Experience in conversational AI and NLU for bot training.
• Delivery across enterprise web (Angular) and native mobile (iOS/Android).
• Experience in financial services, Cards and Retail.
• Ability to partner with product owners to align roadmaps.
• Proven ability to attract engineering talent.
• Ability to assess risk in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital self-service delivery across Cards and Retail Servicing.
• Direct two business-line leads and their engineering teams.
• Maintain production stability across conversational AI and channels.
• Define bot training strategy for traditional and generative AI.
• Own budget and resource planning for the area.
• Set engineering standards across CBOL/MBOL teams.
• Engage senior leaders across geographies and functions.
• Identify and manage risk with compliance.
