Job summary

Uline is seeking a Vice President of Digital Marketing to shape the future of our digital growth engine and lead a talented in-house marketing team. You will drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing investments, and develop strategies that support Uline’s continued growth across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising and / or business.
• 15+ years of search / internet advertising and analytics.
• 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors and staff.
• Strong strategic leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the largest paid search programs in North America, managing a $500M+ annual investment.
• Manage a high-performing team of digital marketers driving growth across Google, Bing and Shopping.
• Use performance metrics and market insights to optimize investments and campaign performance.
• Drive enterprise marketing initiatives and provide insights to executive leaders.
• Manage partnerships with Google, Microsoft and Skai to shape strategy.
