Job summary

Uline seeks a forward-thinking Vice President of Digital Marketing to shape our digital growth engine and lead a talented in-house team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will drive customer acquisition and optimize marketing investments across North America.

In this executive role, you’ll influence enterprise marketing initiatives, provide insights to senior leaders, and manage a $500M+ paid search program with partners at Google, Microsoft and Skai to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of search / internet advertising and analytics.
• 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors and staff.
• Strong strategic leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).

• Manage a high-performing team of digital marketers driving profitable growth and market share through Google, Bing and Shopping campaigns.

• Drive enterprise marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders that support business goals and long-term digital growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising and / or business.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of search / internet advertising and analytics.
• 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors and staff.
• Strong strategic leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).
