Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Securitization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of active Bookrunner roles, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare marketing materials, coordinate investor meetings, and manage rating agency processes.
• Assist in structuring and closing capital-markets securitization transactions (Public, 144a, 4(a)(2)).
• Participate in client and investor meetings, presenting materials and contributing to strategic discussions.
• Support origination through idea generation, market reads, and pitch development.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and corporate clients.
• Mentor junior colleagues throughout the transaction process.
• Serve as liaison between senior bankers and junior staff, ensuring seamless execution.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and investor sentiment.
• Prepare management reports on performance and market developments.
• Maintain CRM systems and databases to track deal pipelines and client interactions.
