Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Vice President for Securitized Products, Digital Infrastructure ABS, to lead origination and execution across public and private securitization transactions. The role bridges senior coverage officers and junior team members and requires strong leadership, market awareness, and independent execution across deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• 5+ years in capital markets, investment banking, or securitization.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of active Bookrunner roles with timelines.
• Prepare marketing materials and coordinate investor meetings.
• Assist in structuring and closing securitization transactions (Public, 144A, 4(a)(2)).
• Present materials in client/investor meetings and contribute to strategy.
• Mentor junior colleagues and oversee transaction processes.
• Maintain CRM systems and monitor deal pipelines.
• Monitor market trends and prepare management reports.
