Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
• 5+ years in capital markets, investment banking, or securitization.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of active Bookrunner roles with timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare materials, coordinate investor meetings, and manage rating agency processes.
• Structure and close capital markets securitization transactions (Public, 144a, 4(a)(2)).
• Present to clients and investors; contribute to strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and supervise transaction teams.
• Maintain CRM systems and monitor market trends and performance reports.
