Job summary

USC Credit Union is seeking an experienced Digital Branch Manager to lead the operations, performance, and growth of our digital branch in Los Angeles. You will oversee a high-performing lending and digital service team, driving member growth, retention, and operational efficiency while delivering a seamless digital experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in financial services, with strong knowledge of lending technology and sales management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in financial services or credit union environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and/or credit union industry.
• Sales management experience including training, motivating, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to meet production objectives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the online experience and achieve new member and loan goals.
• Analyze metrics and provide periodic reports on product performance, service quality, and member value.
• Assess member usage of remote products and drive adoption of remote channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Privacy Act, BSA, OFAC).
• Formulate and administer department policies.
