Glocomms is seeking a Vice President of Digital Assets & Risk in New York to own the technical build and administration of the Fireblocks platform, ensuring it supports fraud controls and risk management for retail trading on the ETrade platform.

The role entails leading risk assessments across digital asset platforms, evaluating cryptographic controls and key management, and collaborating with cybersecurity, fraud, engineering, product, and operations teams.

Formación

• 7+ years in cybersecurity or risk management roles.
• Experience with digital assets, blockchain, or custody tech.
• Knowledge of wallet security, cryptographic controls, and key management.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring and fraud risk.
• Ability to analyze architectures and processes to identify risks.
• Strong stakeholder communication across tech and business.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk assessments of digital asset platforms and custody solutions.
• Evaluate key management, signing technologies, and recovery processes.
• Assess transaction governance and approval workflows.
• Partner with cybersecurity, fraud, engineering, product, and operations.
• Review architectures, data flows, and platform integrations for risks.
• Assess risks related to tokenized assets and third-party providers.
• Support new product reviews, platform enhancements, and vendor risk.
• Develop risk metrics, reporting, and governance materials.
• Communicate complex risk concepts to senior stakeholders.
