Glocomms is seeking a Vice President of Digital Assets & Risk to own the technical build and administration of the Fireblocks platform, ensuring it supports fraud controls and risk management for retail trading on the ETrade platform. You will lead risk assessments, governance, and collaboration with cybersecurity, fraud, engineering, product, and operations to mitigate threats.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in cybersecurity or technology risk, including digital asset risk management.
• Experience evaluating digital asset, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or custody technologies.
• Strong wallet security and cryptographic control knowledge.
• Knowledge of blockchain-related fraud risks, monitoring concepts, and operational controls.
• Ability to analyze technical architectures and workflows to identify risk and control considerations.

Aufgaben

• Lead risk assessments and control reviews of digital asset platforms, custody solutions, wallet infrastructure, governance frameworks, and related processes.
• Evaluate secure key management and transaction authorization controls, including signing technologies and recovery processes.
• Assess transaction governance frameworks to mitigate unauthorized asset movements, including approvals and segregation of duties.
• Partner with cybersecurity, fraud, engineering, product, and operations to identify threats and implement controls.
• Review architectures, data flows, and platform integrations to identify cybersecurity, operational, and fraud risks.
• Assess risks related to tokenized assets and third-party providers.
• Support product reviews, platform enhancements, and vendor risk assessments.
• Develop risk metrics, reporting, and governance materials to monitor remediation.
• Communicate complex risk concepts to senior stakeholders across business and technology.
