Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a VP of Product Management – Digital Assets Proxy in the New York area. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital assets proxy capabilities and lead cross-functional teams across technology, operations, legal, and sales.

You will translate market opportunities and client insights into differentiated product offerings, drive delivery from concept to launch, and optimize the portfolio based on performance and feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex products from strategy through execution.
• Experience with digital assets and market infrastructure.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments, including SEC exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for Digital Assets Proxy products.
• Translate market developments into actionable product priorities and roadmaps.
• Assess client needs, market opportunities, and regulatory developments to guide strategy.
• Own development, launch, and enhancement of proxy-focused products and features.
• Build business cases, pricing, and commercialization plans; develop thought pieces as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and governance alignment across functions.
• Develop go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, and client teams.
• Establish product performance metrics and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Serve as senior SME on digital assets proxy strategy across Broadridge.
