Morgan Stanley is seeking an ambitious Vice President for the Fixed Income Digital Assets team in New York. You will lead strategic initiatives across Fixed Income and partner with technology, operations, and strats to advance high-priority projects, including tokenization efforts and digital asset platforms.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in financial services, exceptional analytical abilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or related financial services role.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital asset integration efforts within Fixed Income, including tokenization exploration and organizational impact.
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, and strategists to define requirements and roll out digital asset initiatives.
  • Oversee lifecycle of digital asset platforms ensuring robust governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrate credibility with deep understanding of Fixed Income markets, workflows, and digital asset operating models.
  • Coordinate across global stakeholders (New York, London) and multiple initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize risks across technical, financial, operational, and external factors.
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes for secure, scalable digital asset management.
  • Develop standardized processes and governance for traditional and digital assets, ensuring data integrity.
  • Research emerging trends in digital assets and fixed income for innovation opportunities.
  • Facilitate change management to ensure adoption of project rollouts.
