Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years in medical technology, diagnostics, or healthcare provider industry.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic engagements or commercial teams in diagnostics/med-tech.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and execution of high-impact, long-term strategic partnerships between Siemens Healthineers and key diagnostic customers.
• Drive Dx-focused Value Partnership opportunities nationally, collaborating across business areas and teams.
• Serve as trusted executive advisor to stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial disciplines.
• Develop and present innovative partnership models aligning customer needs with diagnostics strategy and outcomes-based approaches.
• Manage complex commercial negotiations, including P&L impact and governance models.
