Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Vice President, Dx Value Partnerships, to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with health systems, academic institutions, and key diagnostic customers. Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of high-impact, long-term strategic partnerships with diagnostic customers, health systems, and academic institutions.
  • Drive nationwide Dx-focused value partnerships across business areas to deliver high-value, integrated diagnostics solutions.
  • Advise senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial disciplines within partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Services, Laboratory Diagnostics, POC, Medical and Scientific Affairs, and other Siemens units to co-create value propositions.
  • Develop and present innovative partnership models aligning customer needs with diagnostics strategy, workflow transformation, and outcome-based approaches.
  • Oversee complex commercial negotiations, including P&L impact, contract structures, and governance, coordinating with legal, compliance, and finance teams.
  • Contribute to national Dx Value Partnerships strategy and scalable tools/frameworks to accelerate growth in the U.S.
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers at industry events, forums, and customer meetings to provide thought leadership.

As the Vice President, Dx Value Partnerships, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and execution of high-impact, long-term strategic partnerships between Siemens Healthineers and key diagnostic customers, including health systems and academic institutions
  • Driving Dx-focused Value Partnership opportunities nationally, collaborating across business areas and functional teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions that integrate Siemens Healthineers' diagnostics portfolio and services.
  • Serving as a trusted executive advisor to key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial disciplines within partner organizations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Services, Laboratory Diagnostics (LD), Point of Care (POC), Medical and Scientific Affairs, and other Siemens business areas to co-create compelling value propositions.
  • Developing and presenting innovative partnership models that align customer needs with Siemens Healthineers’ diagnostics strategy, scientific partnership, workflow transformation, and outcome-based approaches.
  • Managing complex commercial negotiations, including P&L impact, contract structures, and governance models, in alignment with legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the national Dx Value Partnerships strategy and supporting the development of scalable tools, frameworks, and best practices that accelerate partnership growth across the U.S.
  • Providing thought leadership by representing Siemens Healthineers at key industry events, forums, and customer meetings.

  • Proven understanding of the U.S. healthcare and diagnostics landscape, including key trends, regulatory frameworks, and financial drivers.
  • Executive-level experience in diagnostics, clinical laboratory management, or healthcare consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and leading strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, or enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing P&L and complex contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with C-level healthcare executives.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic workflows, digital enablement, and clinical decision-support platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the medical technology, diagnostics, or healthcare provider industry.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-wide, strategic engagements or commercial teams in diagnostics or med-tech sectors.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 70%.
  • This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy.

To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).

The base pay range for this position is: $207,220 - $284,922. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
