- Define and execute the long-term strategy for Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Oncology across the health system.
- Drive service line growth, market expansion, and new business opportunities.
- Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and key stakeholders to strengthen market position and improve patient access.

- Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-site imaging and oncology operations.

- Oversee multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets.
- Drive sustainable growth, financial performance, and service line profitability.
- Identify opportunities to optimize reimbursement, resource allocation, and operational value.
- Support value-based care initiatives and evolving reimbursement models.
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
- Doctoral Degree
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing Diagnostic Imaging and/or Radiation Oncology services
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-site healthcare operations
- ARRT Certification
- Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners (LSRTBE) License
- Visionary and strategic thinker
- Proven executive leadership and relationship-building skills
- Deep operational and financial acumen
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, quality, and patient safety
- Strong communicator capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
- Track record of innovation, growth, and transformational change
